Copyright guide

In the 21st century all students should  know about and understand the concept of intellectual property – from copyright to trademarks and patents. You may also have come across this concept for example when you reference your work to avoid plagiarism.  You need to know how to avoid breaking the copyright law as well as knowing how to protect your own creative work.

A great place to find out if you are sticking to the copyright laws is the Copyright and schools website

Also here for download is  The student's guide to copyright
